**HOURS**:8am - 4.45pm, Monday - Thursday, 8am - 1pm Fridays

**DURATION**:Temp to Perm

Office Angels Staines is currently seeking an Administrator to join a small close-knit team. Working in an educational site, you will be supporting the teachers with Administration for the students. You will enjoy working with Excel and ensuring all datacaptured is accurate. The team has been there a long time and have a great office culture.

A day in the life of your new role:

- Your main responsibility is to support the manager with Administration
- Managing the department's Excel spreadsheets, inputting data with high attention to detail
- Reviewing data to ensure there are no mistakes so that the manager can pull off reports weekly
- Flagging any end dates
- Answering the phone and dealing with queries
- Supporting with any other Admin that is required

We'd love to speak to you if;
- You are competent using Excel, able to input data, filter, and use basic formulas
- You have worked in an Admin role that requires high attention to detail
- You are available to start immediately
- Ideally, you already have an Enhanced DBS on the update service. Or we will put a DBS through on your behalf
