We provide bespoke teaching on a mostly 1:1 basis for young people who are unable to attend mainstream for a variety of reasons. We weave creativity and mindfulness into our curriculum and take a flexible and nurturing approach to teaching. We are looking to recruit high quality teachers, teaching assistants, youth workers and mentors to work on a sessional basis during term time. Applications are welcome from professionals with experience across all age ranges and those who have worked successfully with young people in a range of settings.

Those recruited will be able to work flexibly and travel reasonable distances.

Our rates of pay are competitive and our team is supportive, kind and approachable. We believe we make a real difference to the outcomes of pupils who attend our provision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (required)
- tutoring: 1 year (required)
