Milk Education is working closely with a secondary school in South Manchester and is seeking a secondary school exam invigilator. This job is a temporary role and is perfect for both half and full day-to-day work.

This role is perfect for those looking to make some extra money who have classroom experience. The Exam Invigilator will be supporting the exams officers by ensuring that exams are conducted securely.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Taking attendance for each exam and ensuring that seating arrangements are followed within the exam hall.
- Monitoring behaviour whilst examinations are in progress, using your presence to keep the students engaged.
- Answering any questions the students may have before, during or after the exam, without providing any addition to their answers within their exam.
- Create a safe and silent space for the student to complete their exams.
- Escort the students in and out of the exam hall in an efficient manner.

**Role requirements**:

- Strong passion for students learning and progression.
- Worked in a UK Secondary School or British International School in the last two years.
- Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
- Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
- Must have a good educational background including GCSE or equivalent.
