**3 positions available - 2x Day Shifts (6:00am-2:30pm), 1x Late Shift (2:30pm-11:00pm). Flexibility will be required for the first 4-8 weeks for induction.**

We’re a fast paced business, always delivering amazing quality and results for our customers, and this warehouse location is no exception. In this role, you’ll be working with the team to provide fork truck training for our warehouse operatives on the Jaguar Land Rover contract.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
- Work as part of a team to ensure our targets are met- Liaise with teams across all areas of the site- Be responsible for ensuring the smooth inbound and outbound flow of HGVs/Containers- Work closely with the inbound team to co-ordinate the arrivals of deliveries onsite- Support the outbound team in co-ordinating collections for customers- Develop and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures) for activities, and highlight where these are not in line with client operating procedures or current practices- Identify any process failure issues and report and remedy them using the lean, problem solving and continuous improvement tools and techniques of The Unipart Way

**About You**- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English- Great communication skills - speaking, listening, and writing- Good IT skills in Microsoft Office and / or Google Suite- Able to demonstrate proven experience of delivering excellent customer service and understanding customer requirements- Able to cope with fast-moving and ever-changing priorities in line with workload targets and the ability to adapt to unexpected events- An understanding of Transport and/or Distribution would be an advantage, along with an understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)- We’d love to see some demonstrable experience of working with lean / continuous improvement techniques too if you have that
