The position is five mornings a week and is perfect for anyone with other commitments or that would be open to further work in the afternoons.
- A Minimum of a Level 2 qualification within childcare
- Some SEND experience (if possible)
- Strong A-Level and GCSE grades
- Proactive personality with bundles of enthusiasm
- A calm, caring, nurturing personality and the ability to build a positive rapport with pupils, colleagues and parents

Acting as a work-finding service, M2 Education has a variety of schools in Cumbria. We are looking for Experienced TAs, NQT and ECT’s to assist in support Primary aged children in arrange of year groups.
