**We are currently recruiting Temporary Support Workers for our clients in the Chippenham area**
Are you an empathetic, motivated individual, with a passion to make a difference in people's lives?
Do you have at least 6 months' experience in the Care industry?
Are you looking for a fully flexible role that works around you?
If so, Care Connection is for you
We are looking for Support Assistants, to work for our clients in their supported living services in and around Chippenham
Working for Care Connection, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of care settings in the area
At this particular service, you will be working with children and young people up to the age of 17, with varying needs from those with learning difficulties, to those with mental health needs who may display behaviours that may challenge.
You will support the young people to experience stability and a sense of belonging promoting positive physical and emotional health.
You will encourage the children and young people, to enjoy a range of social and leisure activities, both within the home and the community
This homely service is situated on the outskirts of Chippenham, the service has two vehicles to enable the service users to enjoy all the community has to offer.
You will understand that each individual will have varying needs, and you will adjust your support accordingly, following support plans to enable you to be able to deliver high-quality person-centred care to the individuals you support to enable them to live a fulfilling life.
