We are looking for calm, patient and hardworking qualified Seniors with a friendly disposition and are keen to join our friendly care team.

You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them. Experience IS Vital for this role as you will be then point of contact for staff and the running of the Care home itself whilst on shift you will need to deal with staff, family members,outsideagencies and any other task confidentially and with ease and expertise within the job role.

You will have the maturity to be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility, handle stress and to grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner. You must be able to follow agreed guidelines and to work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.

Previous experience and any relevant qualifications in care is preferred.

We ask that you are able to be flexible and be able to cover a mixture of days, night, sleep in shifts and waking watches. The care that we provide is 24 hours 7 days a week so we do require good flexibility in being able to cover a mixture both during the week and weekends. However, we will always try to find you work according to your availability.

You will have the opportunity to undertake the responsible role of being a Senior Care Assistant This will enable you to plan alongside members of the person’s circle of support to enable individuals to be happy, healthy and to be successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations. Our person centred planning meetings and processes are co-produced with the people we support and their families to promote a unified approach. Together we set meaningful and inspirational goals, which Senior care assiatants have a particular responsibility to work towards. T
