We have excellent opportunities for **Operatives **to join our site in **Dungannon **as Process Operatives.
**The Process Operative **is responsible for processing product in their department and ensuring that hygiene, quality and health and safety standards are maintained.
**Working Hours**:
**Team A - 6am-6pm**
**Team B- 6am-6pm**
**Team C- 6pm-2:15am**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Product processing (e/g/ Filleting, Sealing, Trimming, Basting, Packing, Defeathering or Evisceration etc. depending upon the area in which worked)
- Responsibility for personal Health and Safety and that of other workers
- To ensure that Quality standards within the factory are maintained
- To ensure that Hygiene standards required are maintained
**You Will Need To**:
- have the ability to read and write, and have good communication skills
- a food hygiene qualifications - desirable, but not essential
- knife skills or previous role in food factories - desirable, but not essential
