Our Housing Support team in Clydebank are on the lookout for a reliable, chatty and upbeat *female colleagues with a calm nature to join them as Support Practitioners. We have a range of permanent contracts available from 20 to 30 hours per week.

**The Role**

Our friendly team support 6 ladies with various learning disabilities to live in their own home where they can achieve their individual goals and live their best life. This role involves supporting people in their day to day lives, including housework, personal care, making meals and attending appointments. As a Support Practitioner, we’ll need you to be flexible in your approach and be able to follow guidelines.

We're looking for fun and active colleagues with a creative mind. There’s never a dull moment here as the ladies enjoy an active and social life, from knitting to dance classes and going to the theatre. Another favourite of their pastimes is going out and about in their cars for day trips, the ladies particularly enjoy going to Largs, Loch Lomond and Oban as well as runs around the local area.

As the ladies we support have their own mobility cars to get out and about it will be essential that you hold a full, UK driving licence.

**All we’ll need you to bring is;**
- A caring and compassionate attitude.
- The ability to work well in a team.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good administration skills.
- Confidence in the use of technology.
- Full UK driving licence (min. 1 year experience driving)

**Shift Pattern**

Our team are dedicated to providing tailored care 24/7 to the ladies they support, for this role your shifts will vary between 8am to 10pm and will include weekends and public holidays.-
