**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:
Experience in a similar Sales role for at least 1 year.
Confident in speaking to those in senior positions such as Chief Executive Officers, Managers and Team Leadersas these are who you will be wanting to get through to on the phone
Describe yourself as a driven, ambitious and ‘a go-getter’
As you will be working with clients globally, you will need to be able to work outside of the usual ‘9-5’ hours when necessary.
Self-motivated and able to effectively manage your da y to ensure all targets are achieved.
Willingness to learn new skills and develop existing ones within a fast-paced sales environment.
Ability to build rapport quickly, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Be Proactive in sourcing / generating leads through various tools and platforms
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:
Research and identify new sales opportunities daily for all 3 divisions - Sales Recruitment, Sales Training and Graduate Programmes.
Play a key part in sourcing key decision-makers within organisations globally, proactively reaching out to them to gain interest.
Develop B2B sales leads and relationships over the phone, winning trust in order to understand businesses and their needs.
Build and maintain relationships with potential prospects to keep them warm during the sales process.
Use digital tools and software to network, build rapport and communicate with prospects.
Successfully arrange appointments for the Senior Sales team to attend.
Accurately update, maintain and develop the CRM system, ensuring all clients are successfully moving along the sales pipeline.
