Site Administrator
Salary £22,500 per annum
37.5 hours a week: Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**:
Based at our site in Furzebrook and reporting to our site manager your time will be spent providing efficient and effective administration for the Site, Management Team and the Site Manager, while also providing cover on the site weighbridge.
You’ll be raising requisitions and purchase orders, monitoring and logging material movements in and out of the quarry, collating delivery receipts to enter onto the system and undertaking general office administration tasks.
Alongside your team colleagues you’ll be working with a variety of departments at all different levels across the office, our site employees and customers/suppliers, so there will be times when you are working outside of the office to deal with the goods receipting of deliveries.
Your skills
We’re looking for your attention to detail, proficiency in Google software packages and inhouse systems (full training will be provided), any previous experience using SAP would be ideal but not essential, and an ability to manage your workload and your confident communication skills.
