Stock Administrator

Our client is a rapidly growing retailer with over 180 stores in the UK and a growing online and international business. They have ambitious plans for further growth across both the UK & International markets and are well known for their customer centric approach and ethics.
They are now looking for a Stock Administrator to be based out of their brand-new head office in Amersham. Working within the Stock Integrity team you will be accountable for key elements of the stock system management process. You will use multiple systems to ensure the stock file for curated wholesale and international partners is accurate and managed in line with business requirements. The Stock Administrator will bring an analytical and logical approach to the role with a customer first approach and an ability to build strong relationships.
**Stock Administrator - Responsibilities**
- Support company stock takes in line with business count cycles.
- Maintain stock accuracy ensuring store negatives are investigated and prompt action taken.
- Working with colleagues in Logistics Planning to ensure partners stock is appropriately cleared.
- Ensure transfers are regularly monitored and communicate issues to Line Manager.
- Dealing with ad-hoc queries on areas of accountability ensuring these are proactively dealt with.
- Manage all elements of curated wholesale from a stock management point of view.
- Ensure prompt engagement in issue resolution and management on relevant system.
- Ensure issues surrounding bar code errors are escalated with the relevant parties.
- Support and book in direct shipments to stores.
**Stock Administrator - Desired Skills**
- Previous experience in a stock management role.
- Stock management experience across curated wholesale and franchise partners would be advantageous although not essential.
- Able to demonstrate a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- Experience in working with and understanding of stock management systems.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to be clear and confident.
