.NET Tech Lead

Avanti Recruitment are currently working with the largest ed-tech provider in the UK based in Worthing who are looking for a.NET Tech Lead to join their team. They pride themselves on creating integrated school-home communication technology to further growchildren’s education. You will work on a number of new, challenging Greenfield projects such as new MIS Systems and more within a continuous integration development environment.
They offer Hybrid working with 2/ 3 days in the office per week.
They are looking for a Tech Lead who is able to build clean, scalable code independently while working alongside a very talented group of developers and helping them to utilize and grow their technical skills.
They are looking for someone who can immerse themselves in projects from the initial stages through to delivery by using Agile methodologies and great initiative. You will also get the opportunity to work directly with Business Analysts to deliver high-qualitysoftware, meeting business requirements.
They offer a clear progression path where you are able to either take a route to management or a route to continue improving your technical skills and becoming a technical architect.
