We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and adaptable Administration Officer (AO) with excellent communication and IT skills to join our team at RAF Digby.

**Job description**:

**Person specification**:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Providing full administrative support to all doctors, clinical staff, and reception duties within the DCMH. This will include managing clinics and organisation
and management of appointments.
- Liaising with stakeholder units, providing recall and statistical data when requested.
- Covering the reception duties and ensures that a high standard of administrative support is maintained to allow a safe and effective delivery of Mental Healthcare.
- Liaising with patients, Medical Officers, and Medical Facilities to ensure correct patient contact details, arranging of appointments and dealing with any
queries.
- Ensuring that all referrals are brought to the attention of the nurse team leader for action.
- Collating all medical statistical information (associated with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and the Mental Health Dashboard).
