**We have a fantastic new opportunity to join HMP Altcourse as an Administration Team Lead**

As our new Admin Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of administrators, as well as supporting other departments within the prison
- Ensuring effective management of clinics, rotas, appointments and patient referrals
- Prepare and distribute monthly statistics and reports for senior members of the healthcare team
- Support the Business Manager and Head of Healthcare as required
You will be pivotal in facilitating the effective management of clinics and rota template, monitoring DNAs/cancellations and duplicate/ ineffective use of clinics; ensuring all referrals are managed efficiently and all data is available and up to date at all times. You’ll also be responsible for supporting the Head of Healthcare in the preparation, distribution and recording of complaints.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Experience within a senior / team lead role in an administrative setting
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Experienced in diary management
- Confident in using data, maintaining databases and producing reports

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £30,600 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

HMP Altcourse is a Category B men's private prison and Young Offender Institution in the Fazakerley area of Liverpool in Merseyside.
