**Job Title - Head of Data Science & Analytics**
**Cambridge - Hybrid**
**Salary - £100,000-120,000**
**THE COMPANY**:
Our client has developed a beauty and wellness software that allows its consumers to try on products virtually. They are looking for a Head of Data Science & Analytics that will centralise its Business Intelligence function and promote data-driven business solutions to senior stakeholders.

**THE ROLE**:
As the Head of Data Science & Analytics, you will be responsible for re-imagining the data landscape, focusing on universalising data assets and enhancing the data ingestion capability.

You will:

- Design and execute Business Intelligence strategy
- Expand the Data Science and Analytics function
- Gather business requirements from senior stakeholder
- Have ownership of a greenfield data transformation project
- Maintain the functionality of BI/ MI/ DS tools
- Manage a team of Data Scientists and Analysts
- Oversee and support the implementation of the new Business Intelligence strategy
- Recommend and integrate new Business Intelligence/ Data Science tools
**REQUIREMENTS**:
You will require:

- A strong background in Data Science and/ or Analytics
- Experience interacting with C-level stakeholders
- Experience using BI/MI/ DS tools (Fivetran, dbt, Redshift, Redash, Python or Gitlab)
- Experience delivering commercially and/ or data-driven solutions
- Experience managing a Data team
- Experience designing and implementing Business Intelligence strategy
- Strong communication skills
- An interest in Beauty, Wellness or similar industries.
