This well-known company have set up a new area in online safety and they are investing significantly in their Data presence; their Data team has grown from 4 people in 2021 to 50 people and they are continuing to hire. They are looking for a Machine LearningLead to join their team, taking on direct reports and working on end-to-end machine learning projects so it could be a great next step for someone looking to grow their management & technical skills. **THE ROLE**

As a Machine Learning Lead for the business, you will:

- Manage a team of 4 Data Science & Machine learning experts
- Work with senior stakeholders to deliver data science solutions and create road-maps
- Build and deploy machine learning models into Azure cloud platform
- Work with the engineering, data analysis, and ICT teams to deliver data science projects
- Translate technical problems to a nontechnical audience

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

Your requirements as a Machine Learning lead:

- Proficiency with Python, SQL and Azure
- Experience writing production-ready code in Python
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models
- Strong understanding of machine learning and statistical methods.
- Experience managing a team and creating strategic road maps for the business
- Experience with project management and leading projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in a regulated environment would be ideal e.g. gambling

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**
