An excellent job opportunity has arisen for a PSV/HGV Engineer to join Coast To Coast Travel Ltd, based at our brand new facility in Ardrossan.

The role would involve carrying out pre-planned and preventative maintenance along with diagnostic fault finding and reactive repairs to a fleet of commercial buses and light vehicles, to the strict standards set by the DVSA (Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency).

The role will involve:

- Servicing, maintenance and repairs to DVSA standards
- Continuous improvement of vehicle reliability
- MOT preparation, planned preventative maintenance and quality checks
- Vehicle fault diagnosis and ensuring reliability and maintenance is kept to DVSA Standards

**Requirements**:

- 3 years PSV/HGV experience or Level 2/3 NVQ/IRTEC Qualification
- Knowledge of PSV/HGV maintenance
- Inspection of vehicles for the scheduled maintenance - Desirable but not essential
- Electrical circuits and systems knowledge - Desirable but not essential
- A full UK driving licence
- A PCV licence - Desirable but not essential
