Abacus Employment Services are recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist to join a well known, popular Hotel in Newbury.

Duties Include:

- Check guests in and out.
- Provide exceptional customer care to guest.
- Answering all phone calls in a friendly and timely manner.
- Be friendly and welcoming
- Have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work on their own initiative.
- Have previous customer service experience.

**Experience**:
Hotel Reception experience is preferably required. Some knowledge of Hotel front of house is desired.

Shifts:

- **7:00am-15:00pm**:

- **15:00am-23:00pm**

Payrate:

- **£10.00 p/h**
