Overview: **Are you an estate agent or letting agent of the future - let us help you achieve that goal in the next 2 years?** **Position**: Personal Move Assistant **Location**: Colchester **Introduction**: We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our concierge team in Colchester. **Role Overview**: As a member of our concierge team, your responsibilities will include: - Registering client details and forwarding them to relevant in-branch teams to arrange viewings. - Booking property valuations. - Completing various administrative tasks for our network of branches, such as creating brochures, floor plans, window cards, editing photos, and data input. - Collaborating with your team to achieve success and maintain consistently high service standards. Specific working hours will be allocated to you at the end of the recruitment process. The current vacancy hours are Tuesday to Saturday 9am and 6pm or Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays, when you work a Saturday you will get a day off in lieu the following week. **Finer Details**: Spicerhaart is one of the leading estate agency groups in the UK.
