**Job Title: Customer Care Representative**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and timely
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our service
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues
- Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and recommend solutions
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer care or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
