We now have an exciting opportunity to join the Operations team as an Early Years Education Learning Coach on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
As an Early Years Education Learning Coach you will deliver apprenticeship standards in line with customer requirements, quality standards and pre-determined targets, to a caseload of learners. You will also ensure that all learners experience a high-quality learning programme in terms of content, structure and learning support.
To do this you will need to be driven, organised and dedicated to managing a busy and demanding workload, as well as have a genuine passion for the world of education and putting the learner experience at the heart of everything you do.

Due to the nature of the business you will be required to have both a flexible and adaptable approach.
This role provides the flexibility to work remotely and we will provide you with all of the equipment and support to help you do this. You will also have the opportunity to work from one of our sites across the Northwest and Greater Manchester and from time to time you will also be required to attend business in various locations nationwide.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain a caseload of learners as agreed with your line manager and carry out regular learner interventions
- Ensure evidence for learning, achievement, funding and Ofsted is captured effectively and timely Including:
- 20% off-the-job training requirements are fully met and recorded as per procedure
- Individual learner progress
- Engage with learners’ line managers, making their responsibilities clear and working collaboratively to provide support, guidance and opportunities for learning
- Plan the end-point assessment process with learners and employers, ensuring preparation and practice is included in the learning plan
- Inspire and motivate learners as well as identify any barriers to learning
- Ensure marking and feedback to the learner is accurate and supports their development
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
**Essential**
- Relevant occupational sector experience and relevant qualifications (at a level higher than delivery), and/or current updated CPD
- TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor Qualification
- Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of coaching to support learning
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
**Desirable**
- Coaching qualification
- Knowledge of Government funded training
