Cledara is looking for a Partnerships Lead to join our rapidly growing channel Partnerships team in London. The Partnerships team is an exciting new team within a fast growing sales team in a hypergrowth business.
You are tasked with originating and nurturing channel partnerships relationships globally with the objective of generating new sales and revenue opportunties.
Cledara is a fast-growing SaaS fintech that offers an all-in-one SaaS purchasing, management, and compliance platform for companies.

We help companies in the USA, UK, and Europe become more successful users of SaaS by unifying and automating the whole SaaS journey in a business - discovery, purchase, management, and cancellation. Tasks
- Serve as a key member of the Channel Partnerships team in defining and delivering partner strategies.
- Set and execute strategy for engaging with channel partners, including prioritising potential partners, coordinating partner execution, supporting a scalable strategy for 1:many, and managing ongoing relationships.
- Prepare and deliver partnership priorities, policies and reviews outlining progress and roadblocks to senior management.
- Build and develop relationships with partner accounts to create increased sales opportunities.
- Ensure partner revenue targets/ objectives are achieved monthly, quarterly and annually for assigned region.
- Develop and maintain a sales road map and business plan for assigned accounts. Use the business plan as a strategy for a go-to-market and program development, including sales goals.
- Create engagement strategies tailored around Marketing Programs, Training, and Pipeline Reviews.
- Gain and maintain access to decision makers and end users in assigned partner accounts
- Expand sales pipeline/funnel by cross selling and up-selling additional solutions
- Key Performance Indicators include: Outbound activity, Opportunity Creation, and Revenue growth within for the assigned region or partners.
**Requirements**:
- Has 2+ years of successful Channel Partnerships, Sales or SDR experience, ideally in the software industry
- Has experience with SaaS product and business models
- Has strong communication skills (both oral & written)
- Has lots of energy and ambition to go far in your career Is a real team player and wants to be part of our success story
- Thrive in a goal-oriented environment
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing conditions at a fast-paced, growing company
- Ability to learn quickly and you are always searching for ways to expand your knowledge
- You will have a strong passion for sales and sales processes
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator (or similar tools)
