The PMO role is core to our ability to maintain governance standards, deliver projects effectively, maintain quality and our reputation.This role will support a growing team of 12 consultants in delivering their projects on time and on budget and to expectedcompany quality standards.The PMO will be the source of documentation and guidance on all processes around project delivery and ensuring standards and quality are defined and maintained across all projects.The PMO will support resourcing of new projects aswell as ensuring projects remain properly resourced throughout and all aspects of the project lifecycle process are adhered to.RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for ensuring that the Hart Square methodology is complied with, project management standards are followedand the Hart Square project documentation including the project plan, risk registers and regular reporting, are created and updated regularly for each project Ensure that Hart Square style guidelines are followed at all times, standard templates are used appropriately,and new and updated templates are adopted in timely fashionThis will include proactively identifying opportunities to improve our Methodology and roll out of updates and enhancements Maintain an accurate overview of progress on the delivery of client projectsand report any risk or exceptions to senior management as agreed Maintain central, shared and regularly updated records, which reflect status and progress of all active projects Monitor of actual delivery resources against project budget and report any riskor exceptions to senior management as agreed Identify, document and share suggestions to improve the Hart Square delivery processes and methodology on an ongoing basis Produce guidance and documentation to support consultants and contribute to the deliveryof practice wide sessions on best practice and quality Support and ensure the full process of project lifecycle is adhered to, in particular Support the project initiation process, by creating, sending out and chasing signed statements of work as well as schedulinginternal and client meetings in a timely manner, ensuring the lead consultant has all the support and information required to start on the project Support project closure process by scheduling internal and external closure meetings, ensuring lessons learntare documented and shared and client case studies are received and signed off. This may also include producing written guidance and delivering training sessions for consultants on best practice Support the resourcing and utilisation processes in the company:Monitor and report on Consultants' availability in the shorter and longer term Support the allocation of consultants to new projects Ensuring projects are properly resourced throughout and report any resourcing concerns Provide a quality assurance functionfor certain project deliverables and to support project sponsors on projects in order to maintain our standard of excellence Develop and maintain strong relationship with the consultancy team and act as a resource and support mechanism in project delivery,as well as support induction of new consultants to the Practice and ongoing support and liaison for associate consultants. Comply with the provisions of the Hart Square and Clearcourse policies, processes and code of conduct Represent Hart Square in a professionalmanner at all times, promoting the company as a centre of excellence In addition to these responsibilities, the PMO is required to carry out such other duties as may be reasonably expected in support of running the Practice This interim role is on a contractbasis, 2 days per week for an initial period of two months.
