Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for motivated Lead Generation Specialists to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to contact potential customers, qualify them, and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. This is a crucial role in our business, as you will be the first point of contact with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners who have shown interest in home improvements.
- Engage with potential customers, ask qualifying questions, and assess their needs.
- Generate and qualify leads to pass to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in lead generation, telesales, or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Ability to handle objections and qualify potential leads.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,026.00-£25,231.00 per year
