Cleaner (3 Positions Available)

We are looking for 3 Cleaners to join our friendly team in High Wycombe.

The Role: The primary focus of the role is to provide high quality cleaning services within all areas of the site. You will be working in a friendly team, with colleagues and managers who will treat you with respect.

We provide accommodation to 141 vulnerable adults and we need your help cleaning the communal areas and void properties. We would like you to bring an excellent knowledge of cleaning materials, a willingness to interact with people around you, and a thorough understanding of health & safety, and COSSH.

The work includes:

- Cleaning of all hostel and other allocated office and public areas, including all allocated rooms, corridors, bathrooms, showers, toilets, including vacuuming regularly, wiping ledges, sweeping stairs, cleaning glass, dusting, washing floors. Emptying bins and removing rubbish from designated areas.
- May be required to take rubbish to skip or other location.
- Maintain adequate supplies of toilet requisites in bathrooms and toilets.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the YMCA site is maintained to the required standard.
- Follow the work schedule and complete within time allocated.
- Provide a high level of customer service to staff, residents and the general public.

Hours: 21 hours per week

**Salary**: £13,759.20 per year (pro rata), based on a full-time equivalent salary of £24,570.00

Working Pattern: We are very flexible with working hours and shift patterns, as long as the 21 contracted hours are worked each week. These hours will be spread across 5 days, with shifts scheduled between 06:00 and 21:00 on a rota basis, including weekends. Specific shift patterns can be discussed and agreed upon at interview
