Face Model and Casting Management are recruiting an Office Assistant to join our busy Casting Department.

**This is a fixed term contract for 6 months with a possibility to be extended a further 6 months if required.**

Role responsibilities to include:

- General administrative duties
- Answering calls
- Transferring calls
- Assisting the Bookers
- Creating client booking forms
- Creating artist booking forms
- General website updates

Open to all experience levels as full training will be provided.
- Great telephone manner
- Good punctuality and timekeeping
- Hardworking and motivated
- Eager to work as a team in a busy office environment

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £5.38-£10.42 per hour
