**Job Overview**:
As a Tele Sales Representative at Phoenix 2 Retail, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for generating sales revenue through outbound calls to potential and existing customers through a relationship-building approach. Your primary objective will be to promote our products, identify customer needs, and provide personalised solutions to enhance their shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales target and set KPI's
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services offered by Phoenix 2 Retail.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and promotions to customers.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Utilise sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales revenue.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or retail sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to effectively influence and persuade customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
