Team Leader

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit, induct, train, and develop employees in alignment with the company’s training requirements.
- Create and manage staff schedules.
- Oversee deliveries, perform order matching, and handle daily banking tasks.
- Prepare required paperwork related to stock, sales, employee payroll, and timesheets.
- Manage cash balances effectively and minimise wastage.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company and council guidelines.
- Conduct inventory management, stock control, and weekly stock-taking with detailed reporting.
- Analyse the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Undertake housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
- Implement in-store marketing materials in line with ongoing campaigns.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed to prevent injury and maintain a secure work environment for both employees and customers.
- Foster and promote a culture of high-level customer service among employees.
- Handle escalated and unresolved customer complaints professionally.
- Deliver exceptional service in all customer interactions, including sales, product inquiries, and catering to customer needs.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- A graduation degree with significant relevant experience, or an A-level (or equivalent qualification) with 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong networking, recruitment, training, and talent development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
