We also are responsible for hedging our FX risk throughout the day against Client trades. ONE Payments is the payments and banking division of the group which is licensed in the UK (FCA-regulated) and in Switzerland. We have developed and manage our own proprietary payments platform as well as a global network of partners and clients.

**Overview**

We are seeking a Trader to join a close knit and high performing team. Primary responsibilities will be working with the Cryptocurrency & FX Trading Desk for client order executions and servicing requirements. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are keen to develop their skills and experience in a fast-growing start-up working hard in a cutting edge environment offering creative solutions to their clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work as part of a 24h trading team based in London; shift work required
- Trade execution and booking of client crypto and FX orders
- Manage and maintain banking flows for fiat settlements
- First point of contact for Clients with requests
- Working with Finance, Operations, Compliance and Product teams to develop new products, internal controls and optimisation
- Driving continuous improvement through innovation
- Design key metrics and controls, building performance tracking systems for all product lines

**Skills and Experience**

**Essential**
- Strong analytical and excel skills
- Trading experience (responsibility for PnL, risk and analysis) - not just your Personal account
- Individual contributor, unafraid of rolling your sleeves up
- Excellent attention to detail, combined with strong communication and collaboration skills
- You are curious by nature and interested in making an impact
- Able to work autonomously in a distributed team
- Real passion & energy for the markets and a career in financial services

**Highly Regarded**
- Background in crypto currency or FX trading
- Experience or knowledge of:

- Trading and investment systems
- Order Execution Management systems
- Foreign Exchange dealer systems
- Decisiveness
- Experience of Google suite / analytics
