**C**USTOMER ONBOARDING OPERATOR**

Temporary 6 month maternity cover - potentially to be made permanent

Quorum Business Park, Longbenton, Newcastle, NE12 8BU

**Full-time -** 37.5 hours per week

**Salary**: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum + performance based bonus

**Working hours**:Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm

**Holidays**: 21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 years’ service

**Duties & Responsibilities of a Customer Onboarding Operator**:

- Effective communication and coordination to facilitate a successful onboarding process for the customers.
- Providing technical support advice.
- Problem solving, diagnosing technical faults, and providing a solution if possible
- Liaising with different departments and branches to ensure that the customers issues are resolved.
- Informing and explaining to customers about alarms triggers, services ongoing or any other information about the alarm system and the apps to ensure their security.
- Predominantly providing outbound calls to customers welcoming them to Verisure but also dealing with inbound calls as and when they come in.
- Booking & scheduling services for customers with issues (Google Calendar).
- Ensuring updated relevant information in our customers’ records (Comm. logs).
- Providing loyalty calls to existing to customers and potentially upselling exciting new devices.
- Data Entry.
- Dedicated to providing a world class service to each customer every single day.

**Required experience/skills**:

- One-year experience in customer support/call centre environment.
- Customer oriented, genuine passionate about customers' security and safety.
- Ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality.
- Excellent productivity.
- Coordination and organizational skills with good understanding of logistics.
- Tech Savvy.
- Proactive work with excellent efficiently.
- Good typing skills.
- Excellent communication skills with problem solving attitude.
- Good team skills (we need you to be a team player).
- Strong computer and MS office skills (Excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint, Calendar).
- Love learning in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges in the short and long term.
