Performance & Engagement Support Specialist

**Role overview**
Based at our Telephone Operations hub in Edinburgh, the Performance & Engagement Support Specialist works closely with the Performance & Engagement Manager to support them with the day to day needs of our interviewing pool.
In addition, they will be expected to collaborate with and foster productive relationships with colleagues across the wider contact centre.
**What will I be doing?**
Key responsibilities will include:
- Being a multiskilled individual who will become an expert in supporting interviewers progress as they develop in their roles.
- Day to day administrative support utilising tools relating to the interviewer pool
- Active engagement with all areas of work carried out within the Edinburgh operations hub
- Work to build a respectful and collaborative relationship with the casual workforce
- Help identify opportunities for further improvements in work processes and structure with particular focus on interviewer onboarding and how it impacts the unit as a whole
- Work with the team to systemically improve the standard of interviewers in our panel
- Strive to become an advocate of our team across the wider UK Operations team with the Service Lines and Ipsos Operations colleagues abroad
