**Band/Grade: Co-Ordinator Location: Camberley**

**Main Purpose of Role**: To provide support with cross-functional accountabilities within the

Programme team
- To provide support with day to day activities across all Macro functions ensuring projects are managed and progressed on time and to the required quality
- Working with suppliers to ensure the necessary works are carried out within the agreed SLA’s
- Provide administrative support as and when required to all areas of the business

**Key Responsibilities & ** Ensure projects adhere to the processes and procedures

**Accountabilities**:

- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- Track and analyse project performance, report any possible or current blockers or risks
- Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings
- Document actions and ensure they are followed up in expected timescales
- Prepare necessary material for meetings
- Provide administrative support as required
- Provide scope requirements and translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks
- Work with the team on project work to keep projects on track

**Critical Knowledge & Qualifications/ Experience**

**Experience**
- Experience of working within a busy fast paced team on projects
- Good understanding of project delivery methodology
- Good interpersonal skills and ability in working with stakeholders and multi
- skilled teams.
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word
- Clear and concise communication to team members, Stakeholders and

Suppliers
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to create and provide progress reports concisely and accurately to relevant stakeholders
- An aptitude and drive to deliver agreed targets/objectives by ensuring any risks/issues to project delivery are identified and dealt with in a timely fashion
- Individual must work to exceed customer expectations

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
