My client is a well-established IT Provider are searching the market for a talented engineer to support high value clients in London

You will be primarily dealing with 1st line IT support issues. This is a really exciting time to join my client's team. The organisation is growing quickly, with plenty of opportunities to develop your own skills and advance through your career path, you will also have the opportunity to be sent on training courses and achieve certifications.

About the role:
Troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software issues
Logging reports and managing requests
Monitoring systems, repairs, upgrades, installations and many other technical tasks
Being the first point of contact for customers and escalating issues when necessary

Key Skills (Not All Essential):
Windows Server
Microsoft Networks
Windows 10
Office 365
Active Directory
PC hardware
iPads, Laptops and Desktop troubleshooting and fault-finding
ITIL experience
