The Learning function sits within Colleague Experience and is responsible for providing the full breadth of learning and development services, curriculum and support to enable individuals to develop and keep their skills up to date, and to enable the business to build the capabilities it needs now and in the future.

The Learning, Leadership and Talent Professional works with the broader Group learning team to develop, facilitate and manage the implementation of learning solutions to support pan BT Programmes. Working closely with the Organisation Effectiveness team, Learning Community and broader stakeholders across the business, this role works as part of a team supporting the design and delivery of learning solutions to meet business needs, delivering outcomes to support business change.

**What will the role involve?**
- Understand requirements and the success criteria for defined projects, analysing the as-is and as-coping proposals that evaluate and outline options.
- Develops standard, non-complex learning solutions and campaigns, curating content and building engagement and communication collateral ensuring they maintain a full understanding of existing learning content.
- Hosts virtual learning sessions and facilitates masterclasses to deliver outcomes, leveraging technology where applicable to deliver a strong colleague experience.
- Support activities involved in the deployment of solutions, reviewing the effectiveness of the learning solution.
- Builds strong relationships with the broader learning community (CFU learning teams, capability and careers team, and broader Group Learning Team) to collaborate, share best practices and ensure operational alignment of solutions.
- Understands internal and external insight and how the latest thinking in learning, technology and organisation development to improve the BT Colleague Experience.

**What are we looking for in our Learning, Leadership and Talent Professional? You may have a variety of the below;**
- **Facilitation **- learning delivery and facilitation leveraging technology across a broad range of topics and audiences including virtual sessions at scale
- **Data Analysis** - able to interpret and analyse data for the scoping and measurement of learning
- **Transformation** - Relevant skills and experience in supporting business change projects
- **Stakeholder Management** - strong collaboration and relationships with a complex range of internal and external stakeholders
- **Communication **- strong written, presentation and interpersonal communication
- **Project delivery** - in a large, complex, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
- **Data and/or business analytics** - to support project definition and measurement
- **Technical - **strong knowledge of learning technologies
