As a Barclays Governance Lead, you will be working with risk leads across the organisation and other stakeholders to ensure on an ongoing basis, as mandated by the Insider Threat standard, that Insider Threats are identified, risk assessed and appropriate controls are in place including adequate monitoring and detection of potential wrongdoing and reporting of violations into Insider Core.

**What will you be doing?**:
- Managing and supporting senior stakeholders with risk leads across the organisation
- Managing and conducting Exterprise Wide Insider Threat Working Group
- Co-ordinating and supporting Enterprise Wide Insider Threat Steering Committee
- Overseeing any Insider Threat remediation activity in collaboration with Security Enablement and Stewardship
- Reporting to Senior Management and Executive on Insider Threat landscape
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and Barclays Policies and Policy Standards
**What we’re looking for**:
- Ability to work as part of a virtual team including remotely from direct line management
- Experience in Stakeholder engagement and management
- Experience in conducting workshops and round table discussions
- Familiarity with incident response processes and supporting frameworks such as NIST, CKC, Mitre ATT&CK or similar
**Skills that will help you in the role**:
- CERT Insider Threat Program Manager
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Risk Manager (CRM)
- Experience leading SOC/CIRT transformations or transformation work streams
**Where will you be working?**
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
