**Part time Nursery school administrator**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who would like to be part of a dynamic team. Someone who is familiar with administrative duties and a people person who can connect with families. **In this role, you will**
- Be supported by the manager and owner
- Carry out general administrative tasks
- Have experience with Microsoft word, excel and power point
- Answer telephone enquiries
- Manage follow-up communications, addressing any concerns and providing additional information as needed to secure enrolments.
- Assist with all data input to maintain accurate pupil records
- Operating digital programmes
- Routine cash handling duties including, recording payments for uniforms, branded items, trips, etc.
