**Warehouse Operative**

On behalf of our client, A high end global clothing distributor, we are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join their team on a Temporary basis at their warehouse in Billingham

Established in 1979, Central Employment is the oldest independent recruiter in the Northeast with over 40 years of industry expertise.

**Overview of the company**

The company prides themselves on their high-end woman’s clothing and customer service with their primary focus being supporting their customers’ needs by making sure items are of high quality and that their distribution is on target as they dispatch over 300 orders per day with DHL

**The Role**

Working within a busy and fast paced environment your roles as a warehouse Operative are:

- Receiving incoming deliveries
- Stock counting
- checking packaging against the packing sheets
- Moving products into correct locations within the warehouse
- Packaging garments (usually completed on a morning)
- Scanning the parcels on the PDA as they come off the shelf and then scanning again on packaging table.
- Attaching Invoices into the boxes upon order completion.
- Attaching and scanning shipping labels.
- Opening of returned parcels and checking for faults, odors of if tags have been removed.
- Accessing if returned items can be resold

**The Hours**

**NO WEEKENDS**

Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm with 30 mins unpaid lunch break.

No safety boots or PPE required, just casual wear (not revealing clothing, though, and no flip flops).
