Your role will be to build positive relationships with key decision makers, such as heads of benefits or HR, and articulate to them the attractive wellness benefits which BackHug offers their employees and other stakeholders.

This will involve working closely with friendly, inspired colleagues across the team.

**The main responsibilities of the role are outlined below**:

- Learn about the BackHug offering and its scientific background
- Use LinkedIn and other tools to contact prospective B2B customers to promote the product, first via written message, following up with a verbal conversation where appropriate
- Attend trade fairs and other events to promote the product, if you can
- Onboard new and support existing customers
- Record activity and relevant prospect information accurately in our HubSpot CRM system
- Help develop and inspire BackHug’s marketing and sales strategy
- Manage freelancers to cover any potential skill gaps if required
- Occasionally provide customer relationships support with individuals who have BackHug in their own homes
- Although you will have the flexibility of working from home, we encourage you to come into our Edinburgh office once a week for workshopping ideas and spontaneous collaboration with the team

**The remote and flexible working hours of this role will enable you to work on weekends or in the evening to create time for family and other personal commitments.**
