Are you an experienced **Education Recruitment Consultant** looking for a new challenge and who wants to work with an agency who allows its staff to have autonomy over how they work?

I am proud to be working with an established and respected Education Agency who are looking to add a Consultant to the team based in Manchester. The team and business pride themselves on putting people and children first and as such all staff are passionate and driven to always provide the best service.

Great recruiters understand the importance of relationships, and my client takes time to understand the individual needs of each school and the teaching staff they require. For you to be successful, having the ability to communicate and listen is key.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Meet schools face to face by carrying out school visits and review service levels

**What we need from you**:

- Full driving licence and access to a car to carry out school visits
- Proven experience of working to targets
- Experience working as a recruitment consultant, ideally in education or teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
