**Job Summary**
We are currently recruiting for a finance administrator on behalf of our client based in Norfolk. Our client is a well-known company within the care industry having numerous care and nursing homes throughout the UK. As part of your role, you will provide support to the management team.
Please note, this is a temporary position covering maternity leave with the possibility of becoming permanent.

**Job Role**
- To complete admission and discharge of bed return forms
- Produce and issue self funded and local authority resident agreements
- Keeping all records up to date on spreadsheets
- Ensure payslips are distributed
- General day
- day administration duties
- Management of resident personal monies in accordance with company petty cash and amenities
**Education, Skills and qualifications**
- Previous experience working in Administration
- Previous Finance or HR experience desirable
- Experience working to deadlines
- Organised and able to prioritise workload
- Highly IT literate & proficient in Microsoft office software
- Able to work well under pressure
