**Job Description**:
Pertemps Managed Solutions has been engaged by an award-winning travel agency who are rapidly expanding across the UK to find the latest addition to the team, a Foreign Exchange Consultant.
You will be the face of the Foreign Exchange Bureau delivering a Foreign Exchange service to holidaymakers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all Foreign Exchange transactions to holidaymakers while maximising profit through transactions- Keep up to date with changing daily exchange rates and local competition- Process large cash-transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitoring stock levels of foreign currency and ensuring quantities are held and ordered- Deliver first class customer service- Responsible for the day-to-day operation on the bureau- Ensure all administration is kept up to date and all security measures are adhered to.**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience of working in a face-to-face customer service role and loves delivering a high-quality service- Experience or knowledge of foreign exchange would be preferable however not essential, there is full training available- Cash-handling experience is also preferred, retail and sales background will be considered.**What we offer**:
