We are seeking a passionate and dedicated and **qualified Nursery Room Leader** looking for a new opportunity to excel and develop in a new role. As **Room Leader** you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our little ones.

This role is on a **full-time basis **at **Atherton House School, L23 7TF**. The nursery has an outstanding reputation in the local community and is in a prime location near Blundellsands & Crosby train station as well as excellent bus links.

Except for occasional training you are not required to work evening or weekends. The setting is closed on all bank holidays, we also do not open on Christmas Eve The nursery closes over Christmas until the first working day in the New Year.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Imagination maestro**: Your wand will be busy planning, orchestrating, and casting a creative spell over our curriculum. Collaborating with fellow wizards and sorceresses, you'll conjure up a magical Early Years Foundation Stage experience that's as playful as it is educational.
- **Discovery explorer**: With your trusty magnifying glass, you'll unveil the secrets of each child's unique development. Your assessments will be like treasure maps, guiding us to tailor our enchanting activities to each child's individual growth.
- **Settling sorcerer**: In the realm of transition, you'll be the guide who helps our young adventurers find their place. Your soothing presence will transform settling in visits and room transitions into grand adventures that little hearts will remember.
- **Mentor**: A mentor and guide, you'll sprinkle your wisdom over our team, nurturing their professional development. With you as their guide, they'll journey to new heights of knowledge and skill.
