**Building Recovery in Communities (BRIC) Worker**
**About the role...**
The BRIC (Building Recovery in Communities) roles will work closely with our treatment service, Forward Leeds, engaging those leaving treatment and into recovery, providing aftercare support to sustain recovery and remain drug or alcohol free.
As a BRIC Coordinator, you will lead on building, developing and strengthening of sustainable peer-led recovery support services and recovery communities across Leeds, including our own recovery academy, 5 Ways.
You will take a “whole person” holistic approach, ensuring that every service users package of care encompasses all areas of their wellbeing, not just their substance use, to achieve the best possible outcomes for every person.

**Working week**:Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
**About you...**
Desirable criteria for the role includes:
- Experience supporting vulnerable people, whose lives have been affected by substance misuse.
- Experience delivering 1-1 interventions with service users.
- Experience carrying out assessment and recovery planning and risk management plans.
- Knowledge and understanding of services in the local area which are appropriate to aid and sustain recovery.
- A level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office programmes.
