We are looking for a creative and highly-motivated individual with a passion for social media. Lovendu is seeking a Social Media Assistant to join our team.

At Lovendu, we want to change the world. Our mission is to help peoples’ mental health because everyone deserves a happy and fulfilled life. We create journals and planners for women to become the best versions of themselves. We focus on mental health and happiness, using scientific research and therapeutic methods. We’re a female-owned small business based in Staffordshire.

As the Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, particularly on TikTok and Instagram Reels, scheduling posts, captioning, interacting with our amazing customers, and implementing result-driven campaigns that align with Lovendu's brand and objectives. This position requires a go-getter attitude, and self-motivation

**Responsibilities**
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging and viral video content, focusing on TikTok and Instagram Reels, that resonates with our target audience and aligns with Lovendu's brand identity.
- Schedule social media posts across various platforms, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
- Write captivating and compelling captions that capture the essence of Lovendu's products and values.
- Host Tiktok Lives to promote Lovendu products
- Engage with our customers, respond to their queries, comments, and direct messages in a timely and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends and industry news, extracting insights and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and contests effectively, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
- Analyse social media performance metrics, generate reports, and present actionable insights to optimise strategies and drive continuous improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, suggesting innovative ideas to keep Lovendu at the cutting edge of social media marketing.

**Qualifications**
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of major social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, along with their best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Highly organised, with excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
