**Morrison Water Services **is recruiting for a Supervisor to work on our **Capital Delivery **contract in South Wales.

As the Supervisor you will be part of our **Capital Team. **Who are responsible for the delivery of capital works, for Morrison Water Services on the Welsh Water Contract

**As the Supervisor your responsibilities will include**:

- Weekly look ahead. Lead and manage site teams Report to the site manager - Set targets for day/week that are clearly understood by the ganger/team.
- Agree 1 month look ahead with Site Manager.
- Plan for contingency / worse case scenario (Shut off’s and connection)
- Ensure all sites are compliant with company SHEQ policy and procedure and drive a strong Health & Safety and quality focus culture
- Engage with all teams on a daily basis to progress the site works on programme
- Ensure SHEQ documentation is produced timeously, maintained and briefed to the workforce
- Control of QA documentation (provide regular testing, commissioning and quality data to DCWW - After it being internally checked by Site Manager)
- Control of permits
- Site Inductions
- Weekly SHEQ and Temporary Works inspections
- Input to short term programmes
- Supporting the Management team
- Maintain productivity trackers and site statistics
- Coordination of procurement with supply chain and Yard Manager
- ECI works including site visits, surveys and buildability input
- Manage work fronts in local communities and ensure a positive approach to dealing with members of the public.

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- Knowledge in the Water industry
- Shea Water/ Water Hygiene card
- Streetworks Supervisor Card
- SSSTS
