An exciting opportunity has arisen within the new NHS Wales Special Health Authority Digital Health and Care Wales to join the Corporate Governance Team on a permanent basis.
We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Personal Assistant to work in the Corporate Governance Team providing administrative support to the Executive Management Team of Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW).
You will be responsible for providing efficient, accurate and prompt secretarial and administrative support to the various demands arising from the activity of the Corporate Governance Team. Key responsibilities will include diary management and coordination of meetings, acting as a point of contact and providing various project support work.
This is an interesting and fast paced role; the successful applicant will need to demonstrate their ability to manage conflicting priorities, meet deadlines and be able to work using own initiative.
The successful applicant will be a confident self-starter, they must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and have demonstrable experience in providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support at Executive or Board level.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
