Customer Service Representative

**Department**: Inventory Management and Customer Service
**Reports To**: Operations Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Stock Control**:
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet business demands while minimizing excess inventory.
- **Stock Audits**: Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions on stock replenishment.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain issues.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
**Customer Service**:
- **Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product information.
- **Order Processing**: Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding order status, delivery times, and any potential issues.
- **Feedback**: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in stock control or inventory management, with customer service experience preferred.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in inventory management software, and excellent communication skills.
- **Customer Focus**: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in both inventory management and customer service tasks.
Pay: £23,888.00-£28,890.00 per year
