We are currently expanding and looking for a Credit Controller to join our team in Sofia and assist with coordinating the debts of existing creditors and managing new requests for credit.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities include:
- Issuing of customer invoices
- Distributing monthly customer statements
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Credit Control and cash collection
- Dealing with customer queries
- Preparing weekly and monthly AR and cash receipt reports for review
- Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks.
- Assisting the Finance Team with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Higher degree of education(Bachelor and above) in Accounting/Finance will be considered a plus
Required skills and experience:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Solid working knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
- Excellent English both verbal and written
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Ability to work under time and deadline pressure on multiple projects
