An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Kitchen Production Assistant to join our Food and Beverage Team. You'll be at the heart of our diverse range of kitchen outlets providing our guests with delicious and wholesome food that caters to every taste.

This is no ordinary hospitality role, working hours are extremely attractive with no split shifts, no late nights or early mornings, meaning a great work life balance. **What will this role of Kitchen Production Assistant entail?**

Reporting to the Kitchen Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to be immersed into a variety of different kitchen units. You will be preparing and cooking high quality produced items, ensuring the food production work areas/equipment and utensils are in a clean and orderly condition, and to comply with Health and Safety Legislation. Working in an ever growing department, you will have the opportunity to work in a multitude of different areas which include:

- Baking freshly prepared pizzas in our busy Pizza restaurant
- With all our sandwiches and salads made in house, you could be working in our Central Production Unit, using fresh ingredients to prepare foods to be sold in several outlets across park
- You could be in the bakery section baking homemade scones and preparing afternoon teas served in the Orangery
- Working in our busy Fast Food Kitchen, you could be cooking anything from burger, chicken nuggets, fries to hot dogs
- With our central Chameleon Tree restaurant, you could be working on the cook line, cooking freshly battered fish, the chef’s special tajine amongst other dishes

**What will I need to be considered for this Kitchen Production Assistant vacancy?**
- Experience of using fryers and ovens
- An abundance of enthusiasm and energy
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, mature and friendly nature
- Be honest, reliable and committed, and enjoy responsibility and exceeding expectations
- Flexible to work extra hours / weekends as required

**What will I receive in return?**

As a Kitchen Production Assistant, you’ll receive a pay rate of up to £9.90 per hour. In addition you will receive attractive benefits that include:

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract working a minimum of 312 hours across every 13 weeks. Earliest rota’d start time from 9am, and latest finish time up to 8pm. Please note, due to the nature of the business evenings and weekend work will be required, including bank holidays.
